02. How do I order?

You can order through this site, email or by phone. All orders must be paid for at the time order is placed. See our payments section for forms of payment accepted.

03. What is your refund policy?

We stand behind all of our products to be free from defects and will allow returns up to 30 days from date of purchase on unwashed, unworn garments in good condition and in the original packaging. You must contact us for an RMA number prior to returning garments. Any RMA number is good for 30 days. If you exceed 30 days from date of RMA being issued no refund will be processed. Freight is to be paid by you and we do not reimburse you for this cost. The only garments which are not returnable are those that have been customized with any type of decoration (embroidery, screen print, etc.)

04. Do you accept exchanges?

Should the garment not fit properly and you wish to exchange it for one of a different size you must order your new size and then contact us for an RMA number as per our refund policy. On exchanges we will generate a return shipping label and send it with the new size product. The exchanged item must be in unwashed and unworn condition in the original packaging and be returned within 7 days of receipt of the shipping label. If you do not return the product in 7 days then no refund credit will be issued and you will keep both sizes.

We can establish an account with your company to allow revolving accounts with additional payment terms and discounts. These are typically set up for those who order higher quantities on a regular basis. Ask your representative for a credit check application to set up your account.
